 I suppose I have been on a little bit of a muffin binge these days! I’ve made blueberry muffins, cranberry orange muffins, double chocolate chip muffins, strawberry streusel muffins, and lemon raspberry muffins!  WOW, did not even notice what number of till simply now!! I completely adore Nigella Lawson’s Methods to be a Home Goddess prepare dinner e book.  There are a thousand wonderful baked good recipes and I’m dying to attempt all of them. Sadly (and fortuitously?) the hubby and I simply began the Ketogenic weight-reduction plan, so it seems to be like there can be quite a bit much less baked items in my life, so I am glad I ate these whereas I may!

  • half cup bitter cream
  • three/four cup complete milk

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Methods to Make It

  1.  Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups.  Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Mix all the streusel components collectively in a small bowl
  3. Start making the muffins and set the streusel topping apart. Ensure to let the butter cool barely after you’ve gotten melted it.  Mix it with the bitter cream, complete milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and egg in a measuring cup. Beat till utterly mixed. 
  1. Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt to a mixing bowl.  Stir till it’s mixed.
